Please note that we cannot guarantee on-time arrival for international orders. Your books will be included in the advance shipment and the printer's rush shipping cost will be added to your price per book. These orders will ship in mid-March. The deadline for Rush orders is 1 March 2026.
Orders placed with "Standard" shipping selected will be fulfilled when the main shipment arrives, estimated early- to mid-April 2026.
